PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Credit cards can be used when placing an order via internet or phone. 
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER:
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP by e-mailing orders@thesagelifestyle.com or by calling 323.931.0595. Orders that have shipped out can not be cancelled.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We are sorry but due to the unique nature of our product all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns for a refund, exchange or credit. If you need any guidance or have any questions with your purchase, please feel free to email customer service.
REPAIRS:
We stand behind the quality of all Sage merchandise. If your jewelry is in need of repair based on normal usage simply send back the item to us to be fixed. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to the beginning of the repair.
LENGTHENING:
Lengthening: $10 per inch for any stones plus USPS Priority Shipping.
Shortening: No charge, only USPS Priority Shipping
Takes approximately 7-10 business days for sterling silver lengthening or shortening.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC GROUND ORDERS OVER $25
Applies to U.S. Residences only. Offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or International (including Canada) destinations.
All orders are shipped insured through USPS. In the event of a delay you will be notified immediately. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box. California State residents will be charged an additional 9.25% for California State Taxes.
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time). Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12 p.m. PST through Friday 12 p.m. PST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. PST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
Holiday Schedule:
There will be NO shipping on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Note that any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. For information regarding duties and taxes please contact your customs office.
The Sage Lifestyle does not ship to APO/AP addresses.
SHIPPING TO CANADA:
Shipping prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of duty and GST, please factor this in when placing your order. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada.
