We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Credit cards can be used when placing an order via internet or phone. You may also use PayPal, ApplePay, Shop Pay, and AfterPay. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC GROUND ORDERS OVER $40
Applies to U.S. Residences only. Offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or International (including Canada) destinations.
ALL ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING ARE SENT VIA UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE GROUND SHIPPING.
For expedited deliveries, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time). Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, Monday through Friday (weekends are not included), in addition to your designated shipping choice.
Holiday Schedule:
There will be NO shipping on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9AM - 4PM PST (Weekends and Holidays are not included in the chart below) All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, and the transit time for your order will be determined by its final destination.

All International orders of $90 or more are shipped with four (4) free perfume sample vials. If no sample selections are indicated, they will be chosen for you. 
Note that any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. For information regarding duties and taxes please contact your customs office.
The Sage Lifestyle does not ship to APO/AP addresses.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER:

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP by e-mailing orders@thesagelifestyle.com or by calling 323.931.0595. Orders that have shipped out can not be cancelled.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We are sorry but due to the unique nature of our product all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns for a refund, exchange or credit. If you need any guidance or have any questions with your purchase, please feel free to email customer service.

REPAIRS:

We stand behind the quality of all Sage merchandise. If your jewelry is in need of repair based on normal usage simply send back the item to us to be fixed. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to the beginning of the repair.
